  • An urgent approach to delivering candidates who best fill the role and your culture. It’s our goal to complete every search in less than 90 days, as mapped out in our Typical Search Timeline. This is an aggressive target but our track record speaks for itself. We’ll work hard to keep your search on track for a timely completion.

  • Frequent, clear, transparent communication. Starting week three of the search, we’ll have weekly status calls with you to discuss our progress, supported by thorough reports. We’ll also call or email with any relevant information we receive in between our weekly status calls. Our preference is to over-communicate so you are always kept in the loop.

  • The flexibility, willingness and ability to quickly adapt to your needs. Not every role is clearly defined from the onset of a search. In fact, the search process itself often helps to better define positions and the experience needed to fill them. We’ll remain nimble throughout the life of your search to get you where you need to be.
  • Partnership and listening. As the client, you will drive the process not us. We will act as an extension of your company and brand, representing you in a positive and honest light. We’ll provide you with market feedback and offer our opinion, but at the end of the day, this is your search and we will deliver the candidates you are looking for.

We recognize that you have many choices when it comes to selecting the right search partner. That’s why we’re willing to put skin in the game on every project. Unlike with our competitors, you won’t finish paying for a search until you have the right candidate in the seat.
